Ok , la primavera è di fatto qua. (finalmente :-O )
Mi raccomando, leggi tutta questa newsletterina, ci sono cose succose alla fine ;)
Le varie allergie si fanno sentire, tra antistaminici e asma, accelerate da concerti di decespugliatori.
L'orto sta tornando ad avere una forma: una parte di piantine son state trapiantate, i semi germogliati crescono nel semenzaio, fiorellini appaiono nei giardini, le galline sempre in forma che tentano di mangiucchiarsi le foglie tenere appena nate.
Come si suol fare: si pulisce casa, finalmente rimettiamo in sesto l'edificio "giu'", ecco le pulizie di primavera.
Ma c'e' altro - la classica metafora primaverile della ri-nascita sta per essere esaudita dalla gattina Irina, la quale e' il doppio della sua normale stazza e si muove in modo estremamente goffo con la sua pancia piena di baby micini.
Con calma arrivano ospiti e residenti che attivano gli spazi timidi, lasciati in sospensione negli ultimi mesi.

Apprezziamo candidature abbinate a progetti abbozzatti, come iniziati e lasciati a metà. Abbracciamo nuovi progetti ma non disdegnamo l'incertezza. Anzi, crediamo nella sorpresa, nella scoperta e nei processi ancor più che gli intenti iniziali. Mescoliamo musica, scrittura, arti visive, performance, design, gastronomia e tutto quello che sta in mezzo o ai margini.
Ogni residenza prende la sua forma e può trasformarsi nelle più svariate forme di restituzione.
Quindi, sí, porte aperte di nuovo, con una forma un po' piu' basata sulla pratica e ricerca. Ti esortiamo a leggere il link se sei interessata!
Come preannunciato nella scorsa newsletterina, abbiamo annunciato la festa per i nostri 5 anni, dal 17 al 19 luglio!

Pubblicheremo più dettagli tra qualche settimana. Sara' una festa piena di amicizie fatte in questi anni. Ma ne aspettiamo anche di nuove!

Ok , spring is well and truly here. (At last :-O )

All sorts of allergies are making themselves felt, between antihistamines and asthma, accelerated by the constant whirring of brush cutters.
The vegetable garden is starting to take shape again: some of the seedlings have been transplanted, the sprouted seeds are growing in the seedbed, little flowers are appearing in the gardens, and the chickens, always in fine form, are trying to nibble at the tender, newly sprouted leaves.
As is customary: we’re cleaning the house, finally getting the ‘lower’ part of the building back in order - here comes the spring cleaning.
But there’s more - the classic spring metaphor of re-birth is about to be fulfilled by our cat Irina, who is twice her usual size and moves extremely clumsily with her belly full of baby kittens.
Gradually, guests and residents are arriving, bringing life to the quiet spaces that have been left dormant over the last few months.

We appreciate applications paired with sketched-out projects, as well as projects that have been started and left halfway. We embrace new projects, but we do not shy away from uncertainty. On the contrary, we believe in surprise, discovery, and processes even more than in initial intentions. We mix music, writing, visual arts, performance, design, gastronomy, and everything that lies in between or at the margins.
Each residency takes its own shape and can evolve into a wide variety of forms of restitution.
So, yes, we’re opening our doors again, with a format that’s a bit more practice - and research-based. We encourage you to check out the link if you’re interested!
As mentioned in our last newsletterina, we’ve announced our 5th-anniversary party, taking place from 17 to 19 July.
You may have already noticed this on social media and our website. The tickets are going fast, we just published our second release..!
We’ll be posting more details in a few weeks. It’ll be a celebration filled with the friendships we’ve made over the years. But we’re looking forward to making new ones too!
